Office Intern - Achieva (Work-Study Required)

We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Intern to join our team. This role will include sourcing, screening and checking references. This role requires strong communication and organizational skills to ensure a seamless hiring experience for candidates and hiring managers.

This position is off campus and is paid at $15/hour.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
  • Source potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
  • Conduct initial screenings to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers, ensuring a smooth process for all parties.
  • Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Ensure compliance with all employment laws and company policies
