Graduate Student - Marketing & Communications Assistant - Enrollment Management

Flexible 15-20 hours per week ($15-$20 per/hour based upon experience) through August 2025 with potential to continue into the fall semester. Position work combined office space in Libermann Hall and remote option.

Job Requirements: Graduate student or junior or senior undergraduate student studying integrated marketing, communications, public relations, marketing or journalism and/or work experience related to position; strong proofreading skills required; writing, social media, content development skills desired

Examples of duties include, but are not limited to:
· Developing social media posts including text and photos, following accessibility guidelines; assisting with content calendar
· Proofreading - minor editing when necessary - emails, print collateral proofs, presentations and other communications
· Coordinating topical emails with student ambassadors (primary contact, providing templates, etc.)
· Retrieving and entering data for reports, including CRM email delivery analytics, EMG social media channels
· Creating "asset library" of articles and images, tagged by topic/school/major
· Supporting communication campaign planning and execution
